SES SALINES
Ses Salines natural park is the number one place to enjoy birdwatching experiences in Ibiza. Within the park, we find the greatest diversity of birdlife on the entire island. Its large saltwater and freshwater ponds provide an excellent habitat for many aquatic bird species.
In addition, the park includes forests, agricultural areas, and coastal landscapes, making this experience a fantastic opportunity to observe a wide variety of species in a unique and protected natural environment.
Several different itineraries are available within the park. Depending on the species you would like to observe, we will choose the most suitable route, although a full visit of the area can also be arranged if desired. Most of the routes are done on foot, although a vehicle may occasionally be used to make the experience more efficient.

ES AMUNTS
Es Amunts is one of the largest protected areas in Ibiza and, without a doubt, the wildest part of the island. Its coastline is especially remarkable, with impressive rocky cliffs that provide refuge for many of Ibiza’s most iconic bird species.
This experience combines birdwatching with adventure, as the area is home to some of the most spectacular and untamed hiking routes on the island, while also offering breathtaking views of Ibiza’s coastline.
Once again, several different routes are available depending on the species you would like to observe. The itinerary can also be adapted according to the desired difficulty level.

PLA DE SANT MATEU
Very close to the coastal cliffs of Es Amunts lies the Pla de Sant Mateu, an agricultural area of great ornithological interest. This wide rural landscape acts as a true “landing strip” for many birds during migration periods and also offers the chance to experience the most authentic and traditional side of Ibiza.
The most interesting itinerary in this area follows a rural path that crosses the entire Pla, passing through farmland and vineyards where we can observe some of the most remarkable migratory species. However, exploring the area slowly by vehicle is also a great option to increase the chances of observation.
